• Help ensure compliance with current legislated requirements for process safety.
• Provide practical solutions and alternatives for equipment, systems, devices, and procedures for meeting these legislated requirements.
• Provide quick response for requests, particularly following an incident, and if needed, participate in investigations.
• Provide leaders and subject matter experts for all types of PHA (including DHA) methods.
• Perform on-site tests when needed or appropriate.
• Recommend tests (only what’s needed) on hazardous materials present, and guidance with interpretation, and more importantly help with application of these results to reduce risk.
• Provide litigation assistance and expert witness.
